Master of Information Technology Management is a programme that provides opportunities for candidates who do not have any degree related to Computer Science to meet the needs for information technology management knowledge and skills in the organizations.

Entry Requirement

For admission into the Master of Information Technology Management programme, applicants must have at least:
  • A Bachelor’s degree with Honours or equivalent in a field that is not related to Computer Science or Information Technology with a minimum CGPA of 3.0; or
  • Other qualifications approved by the University Senate.

International applicants are required to have:

  • At least IELTS Band 6 (Academic) or TOEFL score of 550 (paper based) / 213 (computer based) / 80 (Internet based) if their first degree is from a university where English is not the medium of instruction.

Intake Schedule

University of Malaya has two intakes per year, in February and in September. ***[ currently not offered ]
