The Informatics Research Group under the Information Systems Department continued to deepen international exchanges and promoting computer science and cross-domain research cooperation with National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. The team was hosted by Professor Liang Shengfu, Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering and Associate Professor Ye Wanru, Department of Law, School of Social Sciences, National Cheng Kung University from 14 June to 15 June 2023. The team from Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology consists of Associate Prof. Ts. Dr Sri Devi Ravana, Lead for Informatics Research Group, Associate Prof. Dr. Norjihan Abdul Ghani, Head for the Department of Information Systems, Associate Prof. Dr. Suraya Hamid, Deputy Dean (Student Affairs) and Associate Prof. Dr. Azah Anir Norman, Deputy Dean (Value Creation and Enterprise). Several meetings with various Departments and Research Groups were held discussing possible collaboration in research, dual postgraduate programs, teaching and learning activities. This visit indeed created a platform for both universities to brainstorm ideas and strengthen the relationship which is essential for an effective long-term collaboration.
